1. Where are NEEM products made?

All NEEM pieces are designed and illustrated by me, Neelam, and produced in small batches with trusted local artisans in Indonesia.

2. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we currently accept custom twilly or scarf orders.
If you’d like something personalized, please send me an email with your idea, and we’ll discuss the details together.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom orders take about 5 - 7 weeks to create before shipping.

  • Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Custom twilly or scarf orders and sale items are non-returnable.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! NEEM ships worldwide.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through the available methods at checkout.
Prices are listed in IDR for Indonesian customers and USD for international buyers.

8. Are all NEEM products handmade?

Yes. Each NEEM piece is designed with love and may have slight variations in color or placement, which makes every piece unique.
