At NEEM, each piece is made with love and care. We hope you’ll be delighted with your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that arrive damaged or incorrect

Items that are unworn, unused, and in original packaging
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@neem.style to start the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each piece is made in small batches and some are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for:

Custom twilly or scarf orders

Sale or discounted items
We appreciate your understanding, as each NEEM piece is created thoughtfully and often personalized just for you.
How to Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@neem.style with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

We’ll get back to you with instructions within 2–3 business days.

Once your return is approved, please ship the item back within 7 days.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless we sent an incorrect or faulty item).
