1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
2. Payments
We accept secure payments through the available methods shown at checkout.
All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for domestic orders and USD for international customers.
3. Shipping
We ship nationwide and worldwide using trusted courier partners.
Delivery time varies depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact hello@neem.style within 7 days of receiving your order.
Custom twilly or scarf orders and sale items are non-returnable.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production or shipping has started, we’re unable to cancel the order.
7. Product Variation
Each NEEM piece is handmade, and slight variations in color, placement, or detail are part of the charm of artisanal creation. These differences make every piece unique and special.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We’ll never share or sell your personal information. All customer data is used only for order processing and communication related to your purchase.
